Surprisingly one of the easiest dishes to do ……We always have a great selection of whole reef fish at our stores……We clean them for you at no cost……..in an oven at 180 you would allow approximately 20 mins cooking time per kg of fish…..Even if a little under done thats ok as the fish will still keep cooking once removed from the oven or BBQ hood…..If you’ve never tried this let me suggest that you start with a small snapper about 1 kg …. stores at Capalaba, Durack and Strathpine…..
