One of my favorite dishes is a salt and pepper fried West Australian Whitebait……….all you need to do is roll the whitebait through our home made salt and pepper mix and deep fry until crisp……best ever…..We have the WA Whitebait throughout most of the year in 1 kg bags….. This is a traditional Mediterranean dish……
