Whole cleaned Baby Octopus has countless uses……… Chop and toss through a stir fry, marinade and grill, or just BBQ……if you like to char grill, I like to boil for 10 mins first, place in red wine vinegar and olive oil for a day, and add my favourite spices the next day…Then I have a cooked marinated product in the fridge I can use anytime as its already cooked…The flavors just get better and better…..
